Dolcevita Wedding Cinema is a brand of B35 s.a.s. di Borghi Giordano e C.
This agreement constitutes a binding contract for videography services and/or related products. by accepting this agreement the contracting party agrees to pay Dolcevita Wedding Cinema for the services and/or related products as provided by Dolcevita Wedding Cinema at the price set forth by this agreement.
The following terms and conditions also apply:
non-refundable reservation fee: a reservation deposit is due upon acceptance of this agreement. once the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid, Dolcevita Wedding Cinema shall reserve the date and time agreed upon for the event and will not make any other reservations that will conflict with your event. For this reason all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed, or event is cancelled for force majeure or any reason.
In the event such as Covid-19 ingravescence or new variants increasing, whose severity does not allow the parties to travel* or the event to be held by the host country, the wedding can be rescheduled at no additional costs if notified within 4 months of the date of the event. After this time, it is required to pay travel expences again. The new postponed date must be communicated at least 10 months in advance from the new wedding date, else we are not capable to guarantee our availability and the deposit's amount will be withheld. In case of second postponing, even in case of flight bans, it will be considered a new request, thus a new contract is request, with updated fares or packages and a new deposit.
*only formal flight ban to/from the wedding destination or to/from the Bride and Groom's country is accepted
Agreement/jurisdiction: the person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, agree that Dolcevita Wedding Cinema, shall provide services to videography their wedding and related events to the best of its abilities, in the manner described in this document.
Desired footage: the contracting party will notify Dolcevita Wedding Cinema of their desired footage in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate the contracting parties’ desired list of footage and create the best video possible, no particular footage is guaranteed.
Artistic style: the contracting party acknowledges that it is familiar with Dolcevita Wedding Cinema's portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of Dolcevita Wedding Cinema's style; that services are of a unique and artistic nature; that videos may be different from videos previously made by Dolcevita Wedding Cinema and that in creating the video Dolcevita Wedding Cinema shall use their personal artistic judgement to create a video consistent with their personal vision of the event which may be different from the contracting party’s and/or subjects vision of the event. Accordingly, the contracting party acknowledges that the video shall not be subject to rejection based on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria. Changes requested to the final video after delivery to client are charged at a rate of € 100/hr. Changes must be requested within 2 months from the date of delivery.
License to use: we reserve the right to use all video for display, publication and advertising on social medias. If you wish to not have your film submitted for publication you can choose our optional NDA (non disclousure agreement). By signing this contract with no mention in the notes, you authorize us to submit your films for publication.
Limitation of liability: although great care will be taken with the digital files taken at your event, this agreement limits the entire liability for any claim, loss, injury or failure to deliver to the return of any fees paid by the contracting party under this agreement. In the event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Dolcevita Wedding Cinema, an attempt will be made to procure the services of another professional videographer to fulfill the obligations of Dolcevita Wedding Cinema. Furthermore Dolcevita Wedding Cinema is not responsible for loss of video or audio quality due to restrictions at event locations. D.W.C. have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your films. However, there is the unlikely possibility that equipments may be stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid until that moment. Dolcevita Wedding Cinema is not responsible for weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided.
Completion of final product: Dolcevita Wedding Cinema's average time of delivery is about 120 days (according by the date of the wedding). However, we have set at 6 months our turnaround deadline, unless the package purhased includes a specific delivery deathline.
Storage of completed files: Dolcevita Wedding Cinema will store your completed video and raw footage for 2 years following delivery of your video package.
Food: Dolcevita Wedding Cinema requires that will be provided a warm meal at the reception. If there is a buffet, we require to be included in the guest count for the buffet. If it is a sit down dinner, we require to have a plate provided for each of us.
Transportation and logistics: our prices include accommodations expences and transportation from and to the event's place. During the event's day the client will provide its own means of transpostations for transfers.
By accepting this agreement, Dolcevita Wedding Cinema and the contracting party understand and agree to all the terms and conditions stated.
